Back Squat 3×5
Add 5lbs from Monday’s back squat weight.
We will add 5lbs each squat session until failure. At failure drop 20lbs and continue adding 5lbs from this weight.
Push Press 3×5
All reps between 60-70% of 1RM. Do not increase weight or deviate from percentages.
The Chief
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
• 135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
• 6 Push-ups
• 9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Skill Work
Choose a movement/skill that’s a weakness and work on progressions for 10-15 min
