Join Foundations
If you’ve never tried CrossFit before, you may be interested in signing up for our next Foundations. Offered through the year, Foundations is a two-night introductory class that introduces common CrossFit movements, lifts, and work out styles, breaking things down and giving you a chance to try them out. A 1-month trial membership is included so that you can experience our classes, get in a routine, and see why CrossFit could be a great fit for you! If we do not have our next Foundations set, send us an email to get on the notification list.

What to Expect?
Each CrossFit class is one hour in length. All of our classes include a warm-up, skill practices, and a WOD (workout of the day) that includes some combination of skill practice, a strength training portion, and/or a conditioning workout. Our classes are led by experienced coaches who will help you navigate a version of the workout that matches your fitness level. It may be out of your comfort zone, but you should come ready to learn, breath hard, and have fun while doing it! Because CrossFit is constantly varied, no two days will be the same. Say goodbye to boring old workout routines.
Don’t be intimidated or afraid of the challenge. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming gym and will be thrilled to have you when you walk in the door. CrossFit is also known for it’s great community. Because we are all working together and encouraging each other, you can expect to work out alongside a lot of great people.
