This course is 6 classes walking you through the fundamental movements used in CrossFit. After the 6 foundations classes, you will have 3 visits to use at any of our normally scheduled CrossFit classes.

What to expect:

  • Each class is 1 hour long, consisting of an educational segment, a warm-up, and workout.
  • You will learn how to workout with correct form in a safe and structured class setting, preparing you for our regular CrossFit classes.
  • Street parking is available around the gym.  Some spots are metered so please follow all parking signage.
